WHAT IS YOUR NEW PATIENT PROCEDURE?

The client's problems will be triaged via a telephone call prior to the initial appointment and a Covid 19 risk assessment discussed in order to complete a home visit. 
Terms and conditions will be emailed to the client.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

No, all client's are able to self refer. Please contact KR Physio to discuss your issues and needs.

HOW ARE SESSIONS INVOICED?

Invoices will be emailed to the client following the appointment and payment is to be made via bank transfer.

For those clients who receive regular treatment, invoices can be sent on a monthly basis.

ARE YOU HCPC AND CSP REGISTERED?

Yes, I am registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). My registration details can be provided on request. I am also registered on the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
